New member from Ireland - Stihl nut

Hi all, I just joined hoping to tap into some Stihl 041 ignition system knowledge.

I am from Co Tyrone in Ireland and I am a hobbyist. I have alot of Stihl 2 stroke equipment that I repair and restore.

Separately I have classic Mercedes cars and I restore them too. So I guess German made saws and cars are what I like!

Thank you! This is an example of a recent chainsaw rebuild I carried out. The original cylinder was salvageable but a new Meteor piston kit was required. It was a spares or repairs ebay purchase for £110

Welcome! I was in Ireland for a few days this past spring for work. We flew into Dublin and then drove over to Clonmel for a few days and then spent a day in Cork before heading back to Dublin to catch a flight back home. Beautiful country and nice people! I don't know anything about 041 ignitions
