Yea, I do the same thing after sticking a length of rope in the cylinder.I used a hammer and a brass punch to remove the one on my 5200, both clutches looks almost the same.

FunnyI cut the frayed ends off with the exhaust port. Works good.

Having been a smartazz, the clutch removal tool is PN 31004 which might be listed as 530031004. The repair manual does state that a punch as Bob and Steve said above is fine as well. LH thread so remove clockwise.

Or you can take the clutch cover off and goose the engine a few times and see if it will fly off. [emoji28]
