I got mounts through the isolator company HA King if I remember right, 3 0r 4 dollars each.
I’m pretty sure those are 10-32 fine threaded studs into the case.

No way, piston is holed through the top ring land. No support remains for the ring.
The cylinder damage is above the exhaust post.

Full wrap 415 showed up today. No time to dig in. But looks like low usage for fire dept saw.
Crap chain and wrong bar mount = D176. But hey they were close.
They had ground down the big dawg almost to the case due to bolting to the full wrap. Handel in great shape and all I cared about. 1990 and with older air filter and tank set up.

Are they a good saw? I just tried to do some learning and found there a partner but then electrolux got in and then became a jonsered and a poulan but thats about as much as I could find. What was poulans last saw of there own design?

Well said man I am very greatfull. Its like a contagious smile you give someone a grin or hold a door and thail feel happy and pass it on to the next and on and on. So it looks to me that both the bearing has moved out and the washer is warn too. It has warn a groove in the case a bit but cant see it affecting anything. I recon I could as you guys would say red neck it (we would say rangi it) and butcher up a brass washer from something and push the bearing in a tad. But as the bits are available why do it I dont "need" the saw tomorrow.
How do you set the bearing the proper depth? Mite put some new ones in it while im at it too.

I can’t remember, either the 20/25 or 20/20mm size. That was 3-4 years ago.
My rep sent them to me, I use thousands of their isolator mounts in air handlers, fans, & blowers every year. As far as I know, they were not a special run at the factory, and I’ll look for the packing list.
He also sent upgraded heavy duty 25mm D isos for the S25CVA lower h’bar mounts, different thread size than the 4200/5200 though. Those are under designed in shear & always busted on the used saws I get. They also get douched with bar oil at every refill!
None of them had slots on the sides for removal, but they are not going anywhere once put on the saw. If you’re restoring a saw, then you could mill them in.
There is also a place close to you in Cumming, GA that sells about the same sizes male/female isos. AV Products, Inc. Look them up on your own, as no I can’t put a link up while surfing on this cell phone.

Jeth their quad port 415 older, 425 updated 65cc's are sweet. The quad 445 big brother even sweeter.
