Y'all go 'head n call. Always glad to hear from ya.

Y'all, if ya can, refrain from calling him before the GTG as he's only 6 months behind in his preparations for it. LOL! He's got a few different saws to bring to the GTG than what he had last year.
Personally, I'm very gratefull to have been invited to tag along on this one and hope you fellas can have a little patience with my sand-cast models as they are about the only Poulans I have. The newer models seem to be ALL-GRABBED-UP in these parts or too expensive for my blood. Or in some cases, they've been ragged out to the point I could never fix 'em.
If you hang me for being a chainsaw mechanic, you'd be hanging an Innocent man.
Been perusing a good number of pages on this thread this AM and there seems to be a strong following here among a core of Poulan collectors. I like a gang that looks out for each other!
I saw that episode of American Pickers where Mike stepped over the "stinger" and bar of a two-man saw. I ran it back several times and to my consternation it was definately a Poulan helper handle. It and it's attached saw could have easily been the best stuff at the mans' place! RATS! If I remember right, they were in NC too!

LOL, Tell Steve to quit polishing all the screws and bits on them saws, and get them together!:msp_biggrin: Steves stuff is always immaculate! He takes great pride in his saws.

I agree with the Picker guys too. One of the last shows I watched, they were at a place that had bunch of old Ford 8N tractors and parts. From what I could tell, they were mostly the Funk conversion units with the straight six or V8 engines. Not a word was mentioned of them, or desirability of their parts.

Looking forward to seeing your sand cast Poulans in action also. I just have the one, model 47, that I hope will cooperate when GTG time rolls around.

I can muster a H200, a 53 bow, an 82 bow, a K100. I would bring my 72,but it's kinda ragged, oh!, and a 44 if 67 has room.

Yeah they fit the 360, 361, 400, 401, 450 and 451.

I just picked up a few extra a while back as well. I guess I need to find a 360, 400, 401, 450 and 451 to put them on.
