Is anybody from NJ familiar with this bill? It has been posted up on the NJAISA website for a while, I am just curious if and/or when it is taking affect. Has anybody read this? It is a little boring to read but it seems pretty pointless when you sift through the document.

There has been some on this in the trade mags, if I remember right the gist of the bill is to fold in the tree removal people into the statute.
