Altec actually has a 800 # I called for a frozen outrigger guide and the guy stayed on the phone with me for more than hour and he was awesome I will try to get you the # if I still have it ...

I talked to altec before when I had a problem with the upper controls on mine, and I agree they are very helpful. Turned out all I really had to do was shine the spool up for the lower boom valve bank (or whatever its called) with some 2000 grit emory cloth. Worked mint! Live and learn.
