Hey, Newbie Here,
I have a 30 year old 028 WB. Love the saw, never had an issue with it. I was helping a friend (like we do) and the saw seemed to be running faster than usual, then it popped (scared the poop out of me), and died...then I restarted and it did the same thing again in about 15 seconds.
I can do just about anything with a 4 cycle but haven't spent much time on 2 cycles because I haven't had to...(I have all Stihl, Echo, and Husqvarna stuff)
Where should I start with this one? I checked the air filter, gas pick up, spark plug and compression test is 125psi. The pop sounded like a hot engine, lost spark sort of thing.
Thanks!!
