Okay, Okay...I guess I'm due for a trip to the saw-bones to see if I have some kind of industrial disease relating to chainsaws.

I started lurking around here...realizing after crusing around the "net" that that site is awesome for anyone whose interest has turned toward buying, fixing or using a saw.

Now...thanks to you all, I'm in trouble!

A co-worker said he was making some room in his barn, and heard I liked to mess around with saws.

He just about filled the bed of my Tacoma yesterday.

Looks like I have alot to tinker with this summer.

Mac- Pro Mac 510, 130, Eager Beaver 2.0, Pro Mac 650
Poulan - "Counter vibe" 2300
Homelite - Super 2, Super XL, 240
Skil - 947 Type 2
Craftsman - "Turbo" 2.5 C.IN 358.356240
And a pile off bars and chains, most still in the packs.

I know I'll never know what exactly the PNW Thang is all about. Never drop anything larger than a 20", and never really make a dime off a saw.

But!!

I can drink BEER when I am cleaning up and tinkering around with an old saw!

P.S.

I might be hitting you guys up for some parts, if I can't find them out there on the "net".

My condolences......:hmm3grin2orange:

The 650 and super xl are two solid built saws.
Welcome to the addiction.:chainsawguy:

eau de smoke

Maybe the mix manufacturers could come up with designer 2 stroke oil like "Musk" or "Sandalwood" or something to make the oil smell more appealing to women. Then they'd want to spend more time around us when we're.....

uh.......

never mind.......

Joe :givebeer:

And just imagine how attractive you can be once you not only smell like gas and oil but you've also drunk all that beer! Now all you need to do is wet yourself and you're the perfect catch! :hmm3grin2orange: :hmm3grin2orange:

Believe it or not there is something that you can add to your gas to make it smell like.........Well...Gas!

When we used to ride every weekend, my Brother and nephew insisted that I ride lead, I didnt like to do it all the time due to the fact that the lead rider would find all of the cobwebs washouts and wet roots that would take out your front wheel.

I bought this stuff and believe me it STUNK! Think Beans and hardboiled eggs for breakfast!

On days when I felt adventurious I left it out, when I was hung over, tired or had a cold and really didnt want to ride, Id drop it in the tank and I was never short of voulinteers to ride point.

The woods here in Kentucky are full of spider webs in the fall and I learned a long time ago to let someone else lead when trail riding in Sep/Oct

FREE SAWS ROCK ! ! ! Matt

I run a bicycle recycling project and have access to the scrap bins at the landfill site. In the last few months I've picked up a McCulloch MiniMac and a Pioneer 1200A that run great (no work req'd on the McCulloch and the Pioneer just needed the throttle linkage re-attached) and 2 Homelite XL's that need a little more encouragement to get them going.
I guess I'm a collector now!

Nice haul mang!
