Some years back, Oregon used to make a guide bar reconditioning/resizing kit. It contained a tool that looked like a large paint brush... had a V-section that slipped over the bar rails and various gauge spacers to fit in the slot.
You simply hit the back of the handle and re-sized the bar to bring the rails back into spec.
Anybody have the Oregon part number for said kit?

I remember seeing a post about this awhile back on A.S., but can't find it now when I search the archives.

It had a handle with a knob and taper outside with a bar groove spacer on the inside we hit the hammer to swage the bar rails to size. Made by Oregon can’t find it anywhere been looking.

There was a post on one of the chainsaw forums that went into specifics, like part numbers and things... I just can't find the post. For all I know, it might have been here on A.S.
