OWB ? House too warm

I'd like to know more about the heat exchanger in the basement. If it is connected to the ductwork maybe by design there is always some air movement to distribute fresh air around the house. If so back to the bypass valve.

3 way valve or primary/secondary should be done anyway, IMO.

I think the problem was found. She said she turned off the breath right or what ever it is called air system humidifier / dehumidifier (air exchanger?) unit the fan was coming on about every 20 mins. I think even though it is ducted into the cold air return it was still forcing air through the vents. She said now she cam keep the house down to 75 degrees. I think it could still use a bypass.
