is anyone else sick of replacing rakes all the time?

we found a great heavy duty rake you can order from "forestry suppliers inc" either from their website or catalog

its the firebroom rake, we ordered two of them

very good construction, we are really impressed

you can rake piles of heavy sticks without weakening a cheap rake that breaks and wastes your $

3 years on this one. We've driven over the handle and cracked it. Just taped it up and it's still going strong. These guys aren't AS sponsors so I won't put their name in but you should be able to find them.

GROUNDSKEEPER Full Size Rake with co-polymer flex head and 55" fiberglass handle. Tines are replaceable and spring back into place when bent. Great for dethatching, leaf cleanup, pine needles, spreading rock and stump grinding cleanup. When Ordering in Mass Quantities Shipping Will Be Less Than Quoted.

I've been using the Grounds Keeper rakes as well. I hate to extol the virtues of a rake...but they are pretty good. They are really good at cleaning the tracks from rubber tracked excavators and skid steers too. The rakes really excel in pine needles. They can be a little too stiff for lush grass though.
