So I guess Amsoil is out for them since my understanding is they do not submit their oil for testing. They can claim what ever they want. It's doesn't make it so and it should be noted that some antiquated two strokes like Toro snowblower and lawnboy mowers spec the use of TCW3 oils.
Redmax/Husky specifically says to use only JASO FD oils.
You got me. I always thought German was the weakest of the 4 languages I read but I guess it's English. That or your just one of those tiresome internet people who will never admit they are wrong. I pasted exactly what the company says on their website. Want to keep arguing then take it up with them. I'm done with you but I bet you are going to respond needing the last word and allI read the link you posted carefully. I think you need to do the same. It states after may be used in...where TCW3 oil is called for or some such verbiage.
It's now $300.Link I posted up there is now $199.99/4 gallons. For that price, I'd pay ten more bucks and get Red Armor instead.

50% price increase in two years sounds about right, tracks with a lot of other things. It's now $300.
The Red Max is $155. Is the Echo that much better?
Red Armor $77 gal
Red Max $54 gal
Hard to see Red Armor is almost $25 gal better since both have FD right on the label
I like the Redmax Maxpro oil. I don't think it is as good as Red Armor in regards to residual oil. It's now $300.

Max pro was $50 gal at Southern Chainsaw.I like the Redmax Maxpro oil. I don't think it is as good as Red Armor in regards to residual oil.
Do you have testing or a site that has done it showing this? I'd be interested in this. Is Red Armor full syn vs part syn Max pro?The amount of oil left coating parts when the motor isn't running.
I'm telling you what I observed.Do you have testing or a site that has done it showing this? I'd be interested in this. Is Red Armor full syn vs part syn Max pro?
Your correct Ben , no comparison however a few quality saw builders have posted pic's on the forum of the saw bottom ends smeared with Red Armor , including residual pooling within the crankcase . I agree the best protection I have witnessed recently . I think Kevin provided some video's including Dominator usage .I'm telling you what I observed.
Full syn, I have no idea and don't care.
I got 4 gallons last year when you advised us of the sale . I still have almost 2.5 gallons left . The RXL 650 sled uses the most , thirsty ole girl !Amazon isn't the only online seller. A quick googling found this:
