This is the one I bought. Pics were taken when I went to look at it.

Hell its cheap something wrong with it maybe?

I doubt it.... The cables are supposed to be replaced every so many years, as are the pistons. If it doesn't have those updates, you're talking thousands of dollars right there. Equipment like that isn't moving right now due to the economy. It's tough out there, but great for cash buyers looking for normally expensive equipment. You can really steal good stuff right now, especially heading into winter.......

Hmm something to ponder .

I got the guy here to go down to 2800. I'm going to have him do 2 more trucks now, so I'll beat him down even more.....:hmm3grin2orange:

Dont beat him to the point where he rushes the paint work.Poor guy imagine painting all the boom and stuff lot of sanding.Maybe sandblast it bare and get it real good.

That's the idea.. I'm looking to get 5 years out of the truck and sell it for what I paid for it. I think my chances are pretty good of that happening unless I drop a tree on it :)

It starts just fine, but breaking the tubes down for storage and trying to get them back together again is the absolute worst. I launched the thing across a yard one day out of frustration.

395, 372, 346, 201T OR 660, 460, 362, 201T That's what I'm trying to work out now.....

lol! Years ago, the husky pole saw the company provided was such a frustration for me that I bought my ht131. It's the saw that changed me over to stihl for good. Last summer one of the guys left a door unlatched and the husky saw took a ride into the ditch. Some guy in a tonner almost lost control trying to get shut down to go get it. I let him have it, it was toast before it went out the door, and a fitting end for such a pos.

I do have two 365s left over from the row gig that run great. (we had to buy our own saws as the company started to go broke...lol) Had a semi skip 30" set up and cutting on one the other day in a silver maple just fine. A couple of more jobs and I'm going to get at least a 460.

I ran the 201T, and it cuts very well, but feels more like the 192T than a 200T. Dunno, time will tell when I really get after it cutting wood. First impression wasn't stellar, but it is a nice saw.

I agree... I used the 192t for the first 2 years I was in business. Upgraded to the 200T. Great upgrade! Great saw. Just bought a 201T and have used it for the past 2 weeks. Not really impressed. Runs more like the 192T. Ill give it a couple more weeks to break in before I make my final conclusion.
