Yea I have 660 754 and 770 I haven't gotten to the 880 or 990 yet, I did manage to find a PL7A. Love these saws as well there so loud and mean! I have a lot of videos of them in the woods doing work.

I think you need to buy a used log master like a sl5 or the gl7 and the piston is the same. Whatever Remington saw that is 105cc the piston is the same as the 990

I have some of the 105cc ones but I will not be selling pistons from them as they would be lonely and empty

Yea it's the gl7 golden log master that's 105cc. But a lot of $ for a piston.

hello, i realize this post is a bit on the older side.
but i have 3 remington super 880s id be glad to part with.
i had picked up one at an estate sale and fell in love. over the years bought 2 others to restore one.
i managed to get all 3 running. and didnt want to sacrifice one.
they are all in incomplete, and have been sitting in my barn for 15 or so years now.
if there is interest i will pull them out and take some pictures. from what i can remember one is missing a muffler (louder than sin) 2 have broken recoil starters 2 missing air cleaners 1 missing top cover. 1 remington sprocket tip bar and chain 2 other bars maybe unmarked? cant recall lengths.

I now acquired a mint 990 still looking for a 880 the one on eBay went for 2000$ ish total taxes and shipping that was 6 months ago or so

I have a Remington "Outlaw" 4620 that I got at a auction! No nothing about them and I haven't even tried to start it! Looks almost new and used very little!

My apologies, it’s been a long time and apparently forgotten. All 3 saws are super 754 not 880. In the next few days I will take some photos and start a new thread.

I was shocked the one on eBay went for North of 2000$ with shipping and tax

I got a sweet mint 990 I got about 1350-1500$ into it. It's a lot heavier than the other super series probably weighs as much as a gear drive or more
