Its likely a standard 120 with a 119 clutch cover. 120 is 60cc, 120super and 120si are 68. You can delete the base gasket but you need to check your squish. To be honest I would be keeping pretty standard where you will find it a tourqey but heavier 60cc saw. They have are very well made and have a very solid feel to them. Main things is to have a air filter in good condition and to have a working chain brake as these are NLA and can be a pain to find second hand. Before you pull the cylinder off I would pull the muffler off and seeing what the piston looks like - if its ok I would simply give the carby a work over and run as is.
