Ryan, here are a few tips for the new saw owner. If a day of fire wood cutting is exhausting, try starting the saw, if after pulling the cord you have hit yourself in the face , you've just broken the pull cord.If you've pulled yourself senseless and it hasn't started, try moving the on/off switch to on.If this doesn't work after an hour or so,check to see if you have fuel in the saw. After the saw is up and running and it starts powering out and the bar is red hot try putting bar oil in the correct tank.If the saw is cutting slow check the chain, it may be on backwards, don't panic, just get on the other side of the log you're cutting.Hope this helped out.May the weather turn cold and all your wood be wet, see ya at work
