Any knowledgeable folks have weight estimates on that bear? He looks good size to me.

Good size bear but not giant. Even in the summer, bears fur is going to extend about a 3 inch extension to their radius. A lot of people think 150 pound bear is 400.

We've been getting into the 40s overnight both here and at the cabin.

I had long sleeves on till way after noon yesterday at the cabin.

Jeez um, you're loosing temp way faster then wr are.

Out of curiosity I used the moisture meter on some splits last week and they were mostly between 30-40%. I actually expected it to be less. Go!

A little "roadkill" cherry (dead cherry branch that fell on the edge of our road a while ago.) It would be in the way for plowing and extreme sledding this winter so it had to be moved.

And the remaining branches from the big maple limb that fell in the yard plus a few elm chunks to top it off.

Had to pick up a new chain for the 460m . Damn a 28” 84 x.050 Stihl is 45.99 but I did notice they had Stihl milling chains for the 28 and 32 . I thought Stihl stopped making them ?
