Nah, He’s 90 pounds of scared to death of the tractor, chainsaw, splitter or anything loud lol. Our female gsd is probably laying on the cold bathroom floor. She’s all black, afraid of nothing but it being hot lol.
Yeah, everyone needs a good excuse to by a new saw. For me it would be that it's been a while, well a couple weeks anyway.
That's how I wound up with an MS400 last spring. Didn't need it, used it once and could never start it after that. Gave it to a buddy. He now has 4 of my 'old' saws, MS310 with bad compression but it still runs and hauls chain, A small electric that I bought last spring and found it was to small (replaced it with a DeWalt 18" electric), the 400 and another I can't recall now.
It's stroked and ported.
Yea buddy, but I wouldn't want to run them much.
He's got a rotax saw he races too, 3 cut would be enough for me on any of those choices

3 of these buckets hauled home from my neighbor. Cut them down and stacked the logs last spring.
Lit the fire pit and brought the female out. She’s five and a half now, still has the drive of a puppy. Loves to play ball and be cold. Notice how far she is from the pit? Lol.
Kept the fire pile going with more leaves, noodles, bark, and splitter trash. It cooked down pretty good overnight so was mostly just ash with a few hot coals. Turned some big rounds into smaller chunks for a couple loads.
My wife also brought these home - she was going to town so I checked TSC and these were $6.89/gal. All of the other local TSC stores still had them at $8.99.
