Guy is lucky . Bet his injuries would have been substantially less in a newer car . To give you an idea look at the steering wheel. Non collapsing column . Worked on cars that were repairable in the body shops that people died in . The steering wheel would be all bent in towards the dash so you knew the persons body was the reason
And deer love white oak acorns! They are not bitter, like red oak. Also good to know if you are in survival mode, you can eat them.

I had venison rump steak from the large doe I got last night, grilled very rare! It was delicious, and tender as a baby's butt! We also had Couscous and mixed vegetables (Colliflower, broccoli, and carrots).
Better (and healthier) than Filet Minion IMO! No need for marbleized fat if you don't overcook it!
I believe the marinate my wife makes starts with olive oil and includes Kiko Man soy sauce, McCormac Cajun spice, and sliced ginger root.

Boil and exchange the water once or twice to get rid of the tanin. That's what makes them bitter. Just incase anyone hadn't already learned that. Slim chance in this group but.......

Found a couple of these guys hiding in the stacks. I've seen them warm up and come to life inside.
Today's workout at the firewood gym. 40 trips down under the deck, up the stairs. If I burned that much every day, I'd sure be in shape!
Wood will heat you up , in different ways,
Couple days ago the kids were hauling wood in, my boy found a clump of stink bugs all huddled up together
. I hate them things, but the mosquitoes are the ones that will surprise you here in the middle of winter. I now leave the main bathroom door cracked with the light on at night after bringing a load of wood in, then I go in there first thing in the morning and kill any of the little buggers that went in there. Sometimes I'll be on my computer at night and they fly by me to get to the computer screen, gotta be quick to get them before they get you lol.

I think Canada needs to be more concerned about it, they always say they'll leave the country and move to Canada, haven't seen any of them leave yet.
That being said, I'm sure Canada doesn't want them either.
