I ordered a 12 pack of the 24oz cans and an extended reach spray gun for $217.00. Supposedly it will do 240 board feet. Even if it only does half that I should be in good shape. I'll post up my thoughts about it. I just have the room in the lean to to put insulation panels in yet, then spray foam cracks etc. If it's half as easy/ nice to use as you guys say then I'll be in good shape. Seems about the same cost per oz out of the little cans, but they are such a mess and hard to use in the ceiling. Fingers crossed it works out well for me.
Got this kit off Amazon in case anyone else was wondering.

I was able to file the safety to fit at work. I had to take almost 1/8" of the area indicated. Now I just have to put the stock on and see how it shoots.

It seems the articles of his 2000 arrest and conviction have all disappeared from the web but for a repost of an article at https://www.ar15.com/forums/hometown/Man_NOT_convicted_under_NYS_AWB/9-206857/.

BTW, we lived in an off campus apartment with a couple other guys. I am 6 years older than him... I was back in school for another program. He was very timid... didn't cast a shadow on a sunny day kind of guy. He became fascinated with guns and explosives. I and my two other roommates probably fed that fascination back then as I was in the local pistol club and the other two guys and I had guns and hunted. We three were from upstate NY and Neff was from Dobbs Ferry. To him guns were something new and exciting while the other three of us grew up with them. Neff bought an old bolt action military rifle and I helped him sporterize it. Unfortunately his fascination overrode his sense of self preservation in the legal world... and here he is again on his way to prison.
Sounds like a fun guy to hang with, at least since he's come out of his shell...
Gotta love stuff like this.
"There was no legitimate purpose for him to keep that type of (weaponry) in a residential neighborhood."
Maybe because he wanted to.
Odd all that info disappeared on him.
