Got a few of those noisy buggers as residents here. Kids live watching them run up and down trees. One in particular has been standing dead right in the other side of the property line for years now. The peckers have hokes poked all over it.

Yeah, they're a pretty neat bird to have around and at the same time can be a pain in the ass. Especially when they start banging on your aluminum gutters.
