The track doesn't have an even pattern, I think I need to loosen the track and frame bolts and do it over. I just remembered I'm supposed to have a nut under the string, I didn't do it that way before. I couldn't really tell what was going on because of it. This is the first time I put string on the bunks as well. One side they're all in line, the other side the 2 in the middle are low. Even if they're all in line, I still need to make sure they're parallel with the tracks. First I'm gonna get the tracks in line. Then get tracks level side to side, and the first bunk level side to side. Then get the blade parallel with that first bunk, then make the other bunks the same. Then double check everything, in case something moved in the process. I have a traumatic brain injury from Iraq, I have to repeat a lot of thigs a few times because of it. More than that if I have help. I get it eventually. New stuff is the worst, familiar stuff goes easier.

You guys in NY are absolutely RAPED with school taxes. After having kids in public school in NY, FL, and MN over the years I certainly cannot determine what all of the extra NYS school tax dollars are used for.
That is easy to answer. GRAFT. You just assumed honesty. THAT is a mistake!

You can use either, and the .063 does not matter, (same tooth as on .050), the tooth size matters (1/4, .325, 3/8 or .404). Stihl uses a different size file on 3/8 than other brands, but you can use either size, just stay consistent.
I bought the 13/64" jig for my 0.063". It works fine. Maybe it doesn't throw as big of chips as the 7/32? But I'll keep it. I didn't know if the 1/8" jig or the 5/32" for the 0.050" chain.

I think he drives a big Cummins Dodge

Section 8 here is state paid rentals . I was assuming you would rent your property.
You build them and the State pays the rents for the low income people. The town cannot stop you from building them because we have no low income housing in town.

Still you want nothing to do with section 8 . We had a commercial building with a storefront and two apartments. Rented one to a section 8 started ok but the tenant who was responsible for 20% of the rent stopped paying then the electric was cut off by the utility company . They proceeded to steal electricity from the outside plugs via extension cords we killed the power to them . The tenant broke the lock off the door to the basement and ran extension cords to the apartment. Then they took on several roommates against the lease rules . Took 5 months to get them out

And you were lucky, I have heard of much worse when an individual house is rented to them. The made holes in the walls, destroyed the appliances and it took years to get them out as they had kids. By the time they were evicted the owner threw in the towel on the house. (It had been his house but when he got married, he moved in with his wife). He was heartbroken, it was a shame.
