Before I bought my first house, I had half a duplex

Seeing what the section 8 family did on the other side, I knew I would never own a rental

When the landlord finally got them out. They plugged all the sink drains and turned the water on

I had to break into that side for the landlord and stop the flooding

Always felt bad for the kids and wife, that guy was a real POS!!

We’d have family parties for my daughter (summer birthday) and the kids would come over and eat like it was their only meal that month….

Do I seem to be on the right track?

I already lowered it a lot too.

Start with getting the track all straight and square, then level the head to the track.

Take your time, you will get there and have a GREAT cutting mill when you are done!

Still you want nothing to do with section 8 . We had a commercial building with a storefront and two apartments. Rented one to a section 8 started ok but the tenant who was responsible for 20% of the rent stopped paying then the electric was cut off by the utility company . They proceeded to steal electricity from the outside plugs via extension cords we killed the power to them . The tenant broke the lock off the door to the basement and ran extension cords to the apartment. Then they took on several roommates against the lease rules . Took 5 months to get them out

That really sucks. This is where the BS laws are against the owners and protect the scum renters.

The bunks aren’t all in line either, so I’m gonna look at them as I do the track.
