You could be sitting in a dock twiddling your fingers while waiting to get loaded for over 1.5hrs. Was gonna say they haven't touched the trailer yet, but I just felt the dockplate set down. Longer I sit here the worse the traffic getting out, as I'm on the west.side of chitcago.

Ahhh, brings back fond memories. I ran to South Chicago last Wednesday when it was so ass-blistering COLD. It was pucker-factor 10 from Leonard St. to Benton Harbor. Keep your shiny side up brother!!!!

From experience I knew there wouldn't be any problems, but I figure they totaled up under 10K, the trailer is rated 14K.

Yeah, real fond . I used to run out there every night, wasn't bad going in at 1-2 their time, when my company said they were switching to having me run out at 5-6pm, I said I'M OUT. Even at 25 I knew better than doing that for the same money.
Fortunately I made it out without finding an accident as it was raining all the way back to MI, unfortunately traffic was quite a bit under the speed limit.

He was hunting deer with the 243, and now he is hunting coyote with a 308!

I guess I had it backwards too. I shot most of my deer with .357 and .44 Magnum guns (hand and long) whereas chucks were mostly taken with a .257 Roberts or .30-06. The distance of encounter drove my choice. I wasn’t worried about the power per se as good shot placement works.

Finally got the new radiator in the Dodge real pain in the butt . Everything had to come out before I could get the rad out . But I did put new upper and lower radiator hoses and serpentine belt on while I was in there . And replaced the hood lifts since the hood almost got me . I hit the prop rod (2x4) and it slid out.

I really don’t want to do anything with raising the building . I set up the slab and do the radiant heating plumbing. The building itself I want it done quickly

I called Conestoga and they still do pole buildings. If this is what you called post & beam, my apologies. They can usually be done in two days. You do the site prep. I poured my floor after they put the building up. Putting heating in the floor isn't that big of deal. If you are looking for stick built on a slab , I am sure you would be better off dealing with that locally.

Later this month I will be doing the timing chain, water pump, timing cover, timing cover gaskets, etc. on my mom's Ford E-150. It has a coolant leak. I pressure tested it, and found it to be the timing chain cover. It's a fairly bad leak, about one quart every 100 miles.

Had several quotes for pole barns . The price was way more than the steel buildings are they nicer yes but this is going to be a work shop so the aesthetics aren’t that high on the priority scale. Since it’s going to be tucked away from the road and I’ll hardly see it from the house
