I just changed the oil in the van. I'm guessing it would split the oil and gas about 50/50. Might seize up or shoot fire not sure which.how ya think that would split like that James?

I believe that machine pivots like all the rest of the vertical/horizontal splitters do, at least that is what their manufacturer says:Perhaps:
The vertical position is simply intended to be used for storage. This would save considerable floor space when not in use. Assuming that it is designed in a way that the engine sump oil will not leak into the cylinder and out through the valves...
