Your saws are rockets. Nobody can take that away from you. They are useless to fallers though. Come by anytime, cold beer in shop.

Dennis kindly shared the specs for an 066 mod with me, sharing his years of experience modding them for work & race and I have to tell you................ well no I don't think it's necessary Coupled with some of the chain pointers he gave me & I think we have a contender here

Looks like that 460 runs pretty good. Since it's a work saw let us know how it stands up to a year of being run hard. That's the test.

Why? He's got nothing to prove....been there and done that, except for the fact that he ran the saws that he built and didnt build worksaws for $$$. IMO he kicks a little #### around to try and bring some reality back...after all its just modding a worksaw...no need to make Gods and Vilans out of it all. One thing is for sure, he's dropped more timber and square filled more chains than most of us have had hot dinners, somewhere along the way im guessing he's picked up a thing or 2

If you got what it takes then jump in the race. I'm sure the guy can build a mean saw from what I've heard, but there's quite a few fellows around here who can rub a jug the right way.
Anyways, it should be all in fun anyways. I can't build a saw so I doubt I'll be in the race, but if you can build one then build it and run it. Easy to talk shizznit when you don't have a horse in the race.

nope, just stating how things can be from a different point of view....wasnt long ago Simon was considered a BS'r, B Snelling was just cleaning and painting saws...and as usual AS is making more out of things than they really are, like the thosands of ps5100s that have self destructed.....its saws not sheep stations and nothing is being done that hasnt been done years before or better.

if your going to port for money be prepared for both sides of the coin

I'll be there without a doubt. I won't be going anywhere much for a good while. We spent a lot of money and hauled those kids through seven states. They were really good for a seven and nine year old, but it ain't something that I feel the need to go through again. Maybe when they get older they can haul my old ass around.
