sprocket change?

Do I need to change the sprocket for a gauge change from .050 to .058 or .063?

Nope.

The popular drive sprockets are .325 x 7, 8 or 9 which fit all .325 chains.

And for 3/8 its usually a 7 or 8 tooth sprocket, again for all .3/8 chains.

Trouble is when you try to mix a .325 chain with a 3/8 sprocket, or vice versa.
