Not sure but if you only have the two carbs, I would assume so.
The MS260 used some versions of the WTE carbs. My IPL shows -1, -2, -4. No 529.And the other one for the MS260 pro?
No, the kits are all different between the WT-22, WT-194, and WTE variants. This is why we need accurate information from the OP. A bunch of different carbs got used in these saws and only SOME of them are listed in the various IPLs that are floating around. There have also likely been newer ones released as repair partsThey likely share the same carb kit with the difference being the impulse cover style
I would run the wt-194 carb and just plug that spot on the air filter if your model has it.
I was talking about plugging the air filter but ya that would work. You don't even have to plug that hole with the WT-194, you can just swap the cover on the WT-194 out for the compensated cover and they bolt on and work as-is
No reason to make this difficult. Swap the cover so it fits the air filter. Do not plug the hole.
This all makes the assumption (still unverified) that the OP's saw has the newer tank and low profile tank vent and will fit the wider filter. No reason to make this difficult. Swap the cover so it fits the air filter. Do not plug the hole.
