Stihl 030AV

I need a manual for this saw. This is the first 030 I ever seen or owned The saw was given to me. I just got a 038 AV from a very nice person. Saw is in perfect condition. The owner of the 038 charged $175 for the saw. I think he felt that he had charged to much for the 038, so he gave me the 030AV and a small homelite. The 030 runs like a new saw. Any information on this saw will be appreciated

Congrats on the 038, sounds like you got quite the bargin, with two extras to boot!!!!

Like Logjam said check the Stihl site to see if they have a manual available. As to my experience, never used an 030, in fact don't know that I've ever laid eyes on one to be truthful(other than pics/images). Sorry. But if it runs.... let 'er eat some wood.:greenchainsaw:
