I need some help picked up these saw and don’t know much about it I believe it’s a 044 serial number starts with 160. 1128 is on there for parts.

1128 is 044, 046, 440, 460, 461.

The serial number is 160615943 if that helps to narrow it down.

A clear pic of the step down of the crankcase recoil side between the muffler and recoil cover just above the oil tank filler cover tells all. The serial numbers tell very little
unless Stihl has it in their registry.
