Stihl 30 inch bar fits ???

I have a large bar I aquired I thought would fit my Stihl 076 saw but it doesnt. It is a new, but very old stock 30 inch duromatic in 404 pitch. does not have a link number on it and the part number is 3001 000 9241. Dealer has no clue, nor do I. It actually almost fits my large mount saw but no cigar. THe stud holes are a little bit too far apart on this bar and the adjustment slot set back an inch compared to my present 30 inch bar, which has a standard large mount with 91 links in 404. My question is does anyone have a clue as to which saw(S) this old bar might fit or does anyone know a source for looking up old stock Stihl numbers?

ive got an old bar and chain manual @ home it has some 3001 and 3002 numberd stuff in it but it sounds like it might fit and 070 or 090,,, I will check when i get in this evening,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

My bar and chain catalog showed that bar to fit an 070/090. Of course the number has changed to a later number.

OK, I learned a bit today... I got ahold of a regional Stihl Distributer who had some old data, and you guys are right on track ... thanks! He said this bar fits the old 070's, 090's, 06's, and the old Lightnings ... what ever that is. The part number is from 1959 to 1968, and is replaced with part number 3002 000 8041 (just in case someone is mildly interested). It would be nice to find someone with one of these old saws looking for a new bar. It obviously was not made for my sweet beast!
