I AM PUTTING A NEW CYLINDER & PISTON IN MY STIHL 011.WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP THE NEEDLE BEARINGS ON THE CRANK?I WAS GOING TO USE CAM LUBE BUT IS THERE A PROCEEDURE THAT IS BEST TO FOLLOW.MUCHAS GRACIAS,STEVE

You asked... I have used vaseline or bearing grease on various things. Just a light coating to make them sticky. Never done it on a 2 stroke tho.

Steve-

Use grease to put the bearings in place and then wrap a section of white teflon pipe-thread tape around them. It holds them securely and then the grease dissolves it within an hour and won't hurt the saw on start-up.
