Just downloaded the 2025 Stihl catalogue from the Belgian website, it has the new version listed, simply named 400 indeed. It mentions that it will be available from the spring. More details in this screenshot:
Only 16 and 18 inch bars listed, they come with a hexa chain and a file. No idea what the difference between the two 'non-winter' versions is; only the article number seems to differ, one starting with MB01 and one with 1140. Also, no idea what the black/orange exclamation mark could mean.
