Stihl pole pruner oilers ?

I finally got 1 fixed up well enough to use, 4 mix, not sure if its a 101 or 131. The oiler seems to be putting out little. The person I bought it from always run his chain loose to keep it from getting to tight from heat. I used to work quite a bit with him and every 1 he had would end up like that shortly. Any body know the fix to keep those Stihl pole saw oilers working right ?

Mine seems to be on the weak side when running also. However, in storage almost all the oil works it way out of the tank and onto the floor. Could it be gravity feed?
