I will either use a screen capture (print) and then edit it to size, or you can print but select print to file, or microsoft document image. By selecting the current document you will get both the diagram and the parts number breakdown. Then you can open it with Microsoft Office Document editor and save it as a .tif file. I then put them together and save using adobe acrobat as a .pdf file.
