372 is virtualy the same saw,365 is cheaper.

The 346 is a "small"saw im talking a saw that can spend a day foot blocking dry eucalypt,a 365 husky gets it done easier than a 361 stihl and there cheaper.

DCS6401 Makita mate, A$365 less than a 365 Husky and pro (better) build quality. just a touch heavier and keep a few spare air filters (the only other downside compared to the Husky when used on gums) or get the new HD filter kit (US$70) and no one will nick it as it's teal blue, no one knows what the hell they are here.
Almost any Makita shop here can order one.

I worked 5 years for a line clearing co who had ties to shindiawa,Most of my climbing days were with a 488 and blocking up with a 757 im not biased they are what they are RUBBISH!

For my money the 50cc pro saws go to stihl although I still like the 026 over the 260. They just do great with a muffler mod and adj carb.

60cc I would go with the 036 although the 361 takes well to mods and does well.. Just doesn't feel quite right to me.

I would stick with the Husky saws till 90cc then I like the 660 better. I just really like the 365 372 385/390 over the stihl saws in that range.. I suspect if I ever ran a modded 390xp I might like it over the 660 but not too sure. Stock or just muffler modded the 660 has more grunt.

I had a 7901 makita it is was pretty good but I have no dealer support in the PNW. It was down 3 weeks for a recoil part..
