An old thread lists tie strap part numbers for common straps but does not include newer numbers.
There was a statement made that the tie straps for a pitch are used on all drivers regardless of thickness. I don't believe this is correct as I did some .043 chain today and the straps, when rivets are spun down, leave a bit of slop. The driver is thinner than the length of the large diameter of the rivet. You can't snug down when spinning the rivet.
Is there a way to ID the tie straps? Any table of critical dimensions? Some straps have a "Y1" on them. Can't find any reference to this either.
I think I've learned that you do not separate tie straps from the little Stihl bags they come in.
