I like the quick turnaround time (to repair) on these less desirable saws. Its more fun for me to turn wrenches and get stuff to run then anything else. Im not in the tree business so having monster classic saws is not a necessity. Not to mention its dirt cheap to fix these misfit saws:laugh:

Very well said, I love fixing these cast away saws...helped out many people with there old macs, poulans, homelites

Went to the dealer, $15 for the parts. I guess I should have checked there first!

You happen to have anything left over after he gets taken care of,I could use pieces of both ! LOL
Should have something you would like in trade?

I will try and dig that box out tomorrow and see what I have left that I can part with.
