I have here a 357. This is a saw that I was going to keep for myself. This saw has had the following: New meteor piston, new carb kit, new bottom bearings, all new needle cages, seals, modified 288 felling dawg, dual ported jungle muffler, unlimited coil, base gasket removed , crank stuffers removed, loctite everywhere. All this saw needs is a clutch. I've had it started long enough to set the L screw. I was going to port this after the piston broke in. I hate to get rid of this one but, I need the dough.

Anybody have a PNW sprocket cover they want to part with? I have $$ I know bailey's has them aftermarket, but I want to stick with OEM, as it's goin on a keeper saw. FWIW its Stihl PN 1122 648 0401.

I'm looking for the plastic recoil sprocket for this little saw. Here is what mine looks like. If you have one PM. I have $$$$ to trade.

Chain sharpining

Not sure if this is the best place to post this but, I purchased an Oregon AX511 (New), and now that the cat is out of the bag, I have people wanting me to do their chain sharpening. What are the current rates. Spent several years using the 511 when I was in the business full time. But its been awhile. One shop I worked in we used to charge by the cutter then add if the depth gauges(drags) also needed taken down. Another shop we just charged by the chain length as determined by the number of drive links. That cost was set to be constant weather the drags were ground or not. Which I believe led to a bit higher cost for those who had chains not ready for the drags to be ground. of course Im thinkin in terms of US dollars. the overwhelming answer I get when I call the shops in the area is bring the chain in THEN well discuss price! Dirty Dogs. They are afraid of the competition, specially since I do much better work than most of the guys in this town. Just sayin.:chainsawguy:
