There's one going to close on ebay in a little over an hour, it's at $53 inc. shipping right now. Man those things bring some big bucks. I have one that's workable but has a small piece missing from the carb adj. area at the rear. Too bad about the accident. I've been curious to see what parts like that go for here in the real world----sure do see some crazy prices on ebay.

i need a husky 340 345 or 350 or a jred 2140 or 2145 for a big bore conversion. i'd like one in decent shape minus the piston/cylinder/rings. dont especially need the carb or bar and chain if it doesn't have one. have tons of saws and some parts or cash. somebody hit me up! i need something to build lol.

Does anyone know where I can come up with a toasted MS 180?
I was given one this weekend and the place where the control switch sits is broken.
The little saw runs too good to throw away.
This one has the toolless adjuster but I don't care about that either way.

Sweet, I'm not sure if you have to replace the case as a whole or not. the left side of my case has a broken av mount boss. I do know there were a few different cases for the 038.

I know the 038 MAG is different,wider bolt pattern for the jug. Not sure about anything else ? Hope I have both halves ?

If this doesn't work out let me know, I have a smoked ms170 that I need a few pieces from. The rest is surplus to my needs.

Thanks. I'd really like to find something that is more reasonable than a $50 plus unit on ebay. I want to try to get this saw all up to snuff, as I want to give it to a co-work who has an OWB and only has a 50cc saw. It's a standard 038av.
