Is that the direct descendant of the Pioneer Farmsaw? It looks very similar to it, from what I see.
Related, but very different. Carls saw is a Poulan 655 (Pioneer P65)

Get you a 200T. A few weeks back I put one together that all I did was some mild port work to, and lightened the piston as much as possible, muffler mod, and set the squish around .016. I didn't run it stock, but I don't think I've ever had a saw impress me so much. I'm not sure if the 020T has the same timing numbers or combustion chamber.

Ed I know you would never do that to anyone. LOL Your way to good a guy fer that. LOL
I will let ya know if we don't make a deal ?
Dammit. I'd PM'd Dave and told him to PM John..............................................and he PM's Ed instead. Probably would be more productive if I just went over to his house, grabbed a couple of them stihl tophandles from his shed.............and then traded/sold 'em here myself....:msp_rolleyes:

IIRC he has a few saws of that series. Think he wants to keep at least one. Dave's a great guy. I can talk smack about him because he's my friend. The Ralph Wiggum avatar pic suits him, although he doesn't look like Ralph. More like a young Hugh Laurie.
Blackadder Hugh Laurie pic followed by two of Dave at our GTG last November. I'm thinking I just opened pandora's box......:msp_unsure:
I am in the need for a GOOD coil to a homelite super ez automatic. It is the newest style super ez with the plastic starter cover and is a electronic ignition. Don't have much to trade except a little bit of green paper. Also does anybody know of another coil that will interchange? If you can help me out shoot me a PM.
I am in the market for some older remington saws such as any like the pl9 sl5 sl6 sl7 sl11 and any other older remingtons that are sl or pl in this type of series. If you have any to get rid of please pm me.
Looking for a legible manufacturer's/builder tag for the bottom of my Poulan Whatzit.
This thing is bereft of any identification except for the manual oil pump or peering in the exhaust port.
We have used clutch cover nuts, etc..................................................................
Carl.
Looking for somebody with a 028 parts saw...
Bought one on the bay and it was a basketcase with some potential.
I am in need of:
carb, Air filter cover, oiler gear, recoil parts, clutch side parts, clutch, gas and oil caps, and a good tank/handle,
(if some one is willing to part with one.. I have one, but its cracked.. Im going to attempt to weld it back together.)
parts need not be pretty. It will be a work/firewood saw.
