The underdog..
I just stumbled into some trading fodder and could use a few things....
1. an 039 complete with ??? Wrong with it. It needs gone over completely, but i dont think its burned up. Saw looks decent and is complete.
2. a 262xp with a bunch of hours on it, but its in decent shape. Just pulled the jug and I think a piston and ring would get it back up and running. It does have a bad fuel line and a broken wrap handle.
3. a husky 50 in great shape that runs decent with 150# compression. It's clean, but runs funny sometimes.
4. A very clean husky 50 rancher that I rebuilt a while ago. New piston, ring, bearings, etc. needs checked out again as it cuts out after a bit. Very nice shape with extra parts including a clutch cover, top cover and more.
5. I have a nearly perfect 3400 poulan that I would consider trading also. It has a nos hard nose poulan logo 20" bar and is in fantastic shape.
6. Tons of parts to trade from all mfgs.
I'm looking for smaller saws in good running shape. No homelite rangers or Walmart poulans... I have enough of them. Preferably pro grade stuff. They can need a little work, but I have lots of saws to trade and not a lot of time to fix them right now.
I do a lot of wood cutting and will be doing more firewood ministry work this year and could use some extra, dependable smaller saws. 14-16" bars will be the norm. 36-55ccs would be preferable.
If you don't have anything to trade, cash would work.
