We're "swapping" bad jokes. What part you needing Mr Killjoy?

At least you had respect enough to say "mister" killjoy :)
just i been trying months now to get the part and except for one place that wants twice what it's worth and then more than that for shipping i been starting to get a little frustrating..
ok,back to the hairball discussion, COUGH !!! HACK !! UGH !! PHEW !!

Cow said "Moo-OOOOOOOOH!" Turned out she was gravid so didn't need any more time with the bull, and that's why you check.

Special bonus to anyone who can tell me now what breed cow.

And I can still use some needles if anybody knows a source or has a drawerfull of them rattling around and taking up space.
I will go with Belted Galloway

Looks like a brown Galloway

Chris

He shoots, he scores. Belted Galloway, AKA Oreo Cow.

You win a beer on me next time you come to Honolulu, I have a beer fridge full of them in the man cave up in the lofty heights of Aiea, overlooking Pearl Harbor.

Sorry I led the entire purpose of the Swap Meet forum astray. Promise to stay On Topic in future.

Atvguns can have one with me as well.

I need a muffler for this saw. Not sure exactly what it is. May be a 2-10g, LG6a, Super LG6A, or a G-70. I am no Mac mechanic just tryin to get this runnin for a coworker and the muffler and one of the muffler screws are the only things missing that I can see. Thing has a huge chain on it. Sorry for the ignorance.

A muffler from/for the X-10 series Macs would work. 1-10, 2-10, 6-10, 7-10, 10-10, etc...

Looks like it's missing the muffler cover (not the muffler body or baffle) and a cover screw. There were several different types of mufflers used on these saws. You can interchange the whole assembly, but you'll need the specific cover for that muffler type.

can you carve?

If someone was to photocopy a working part, or just trace it on clean paper, and send it to you in email, etc, and give you the thickness of the part, you would have a template to work from, you could just dremel/file/carve it out. Aluminum stock or perhaps some heavy hobby cast plastic? whatever ya go, aluminum bar stock is cheap...you proly already have some in your shop, looks to be a small piece... Spring just get generic spring stock off of some other junk in your lawnmower/saw junk pile and mod it. Looks similar to the little spring on the back of cheap briggs engine's carbs, the straight one. If you have spent more than a few hours just looking for this part, you could proly have made it faster with your hand tools... hack saw it out rough, fine tune the shapes with your dremel and files....

just sayin... heck, do you have a larger one of those locks in a junker saw? Cut it down to size.

I am king of cheap..I am already thinking about using sealer conditioner on any potential bad seals I might run into, just to try it, and I already fix torn gaskets with miracle gunk in a tube stuff...

Cheap I say, frugal.

Well, if ya ain't got much money anyway, it pays to get creative.... I'm in training for the upcoming new edition "third world USA", coming to a nation near you soon...

So,
Do you turn them goodyears inside out and rinse them off. Then spray them down with WD40 for lube before reuse? Or just go for a bread bag after you shake the crumbs out?
Frugal is the only way to be. Try farming once. If you can't strecth a penny a mile your in trouble.

3) 72 dl 20" Stihl mount Oregon bars in .063 gauge D025 mount 026- ms 660

2 of these were supposed to be 2 of 3 .050 gauge 18" powermatch when I got them but I got a surprise and ended up with 2 new Powermatch plus and 1 LASER-LITE hardnose for a total of 3 new bars in .063. Pretty sure I have a good used solid nose Stihl .063 20" also in the garage. If any body is interested, let me know what you have to trade or make an offer before I check back with the seller or possibly I will list them on ebay. I don't need a lot for them especially if someone wants 3 or the. 4.
Still could use new .325 chain .058 and .063 gauge or 3/8 .o50 and .058 gauge in semi chisel non safety. Might even trade 1,2, or 3 bars, these or something else I have for 20" non safety chains that fits these bars.

I always wanted to breed a Pinzgauer, (which has a white stripe that runs up the back, down the face, down the underside of the neck, down the belly, between the back legs and up the rump to rejoin where it started) with a Belted Galloway, and see if the calves would look like they were Christmas wrapped!!!LOL

I'm needing a few 034 parts. Rear handle and air filter, for now. Green stinky paper on this deal, it's for someone else's saw.

Looking for the air filter cover for an Olympyk 254F. Suitable arrangements in parts, chains, bars, or worthless green paper will be made.
