You got anything to trade? I may have an 044 filter base you're looking for. Have to go look in my boxes.

I'm looking for Stihl stuff, 064 and 660/066.

Any interest in this 064 stuff? Looking for HD air filter setup for my 064.

hey guys,,, i just got the ms210c today,, i am building it for my wife since she doesn't like teh 346xp that much,, thank goodness,,,, anyway i need a starter assembly and also the clutch cover,, i am looking for the standard recoil and clutch cover (2 hole) not the easy tension and the easy start,,i have cash and some parts for trade

i found that out earlier:bang::bang::bang: more then likely i will just have to get another easy start recoil,, i t will be just as cheap that way,, it may be easier for her to start

Scott, will a ms250/025 cover and flywheel work? I know I have the recoil but will have to see if I still have the flywheel or not.

Sorry for the dirty laundry post guys. I don't normally do that. I've been holding it in for over a year now..... I do feel a little better though.
It's not just me either, Mark and a couple other well respected members had similar dealings.

Anyways, to get back to the junk swapping.... I could use a ms310 piston, clutch, carb and other stuff.
Got buckets of trading stock.

Speaking of Echo, I have a cs-5500. It's dirty, the brake handle isn't there, but the motor's in great condition, it looks good and it clocks in at 170psi.

However, it has no spark.

I don't know if it's the primary or secondary coil, so I guess I'm looking for both just in case, or even better, for someone to take this off my hands. Comes with a used 16" bar and chain if interested.

The 5500 is notorious for burning out ignitions. I have a buddy with three of them, none of which have any spark.

BTW- did someone from this thread try to call me today? I got a call from a Mississippi number, I couldn't understand what was said. When I tried to return the
call, I get an error message "This call cannot be completed as dialed."

I don't know if it applies to these saws but Echo has a lifetime warranty on SOME ignition systems. They replaced a coil on a 670 at N/C for me. It might be worth a try.......
