got a whole Homelite 750 chainsaw in a box, it needs a piston for sure the cylinder may clean up. It came with new crank bearings and a new rod. I can part it out or unload the whole thing. Im more into the Stihl stuff

I think I've had it about 2 almost 3 months. This will be my first rebuild/ tear down on a saw. Everything else has been a runner or just needed a carb cleaning. I can't wait to get this old girl screaming and slinging some wood chips

It has to be the same saw i looked at, the guy wanted too much when i looked at it, I did leave with a beat 044 though

I met him at work, but he said he stored his 044 in the chipper, he said he was selling everything but his ms880 and echo top handle saws, I gave hm 150 for the 044 and 039 and the the 200.00 pile of melted orange

I have this bar and chain for trade. It is 16" .325/.063 RSC. The chain has never been sharpened that I can tell. I will trade it for equivalent value 3/8 .050 combo. Stihl, or large or small mount Husky. I would prefer 20".

Humping and Bumping...I would also consider a 24" Stihl bar...my brother put my 036 on the tractor and then back into a tree in the woods...it's sort of S-shaped now...the good news is that it didn't bend the new RSC chain that was on it!
