Hello all. I have not posted in a long while but I still love to read AS every week. I really have nothing constructive to say but I have to get this out there.

How many of you stare and try to make sense of the "SUPERthrive" ad on the back of TCI magazine doing your morning business. I often wonder if it is confusing on purpose so people look closer.........

Anyway.... Like I said, nothing constructive but maybe a smile:confused:

Have a great weekend !!!

Rest assured, you are not alone. The content of those ads is akin to the bizarre ramblings on the bottles of Dr. Bonner's products. There is some sense in both, but you need to read them with an open mind, of sorts, that lets everything kind of roll around in your brain until you have a "Eureka" moment. I'm honestly not sure that both products are not manufactured by the same company, further up the corporate ownership level.

Yea its funny all right, like a throwback to the 1920's - one additive cures all!!

I have actually used it, I used to grow all the bedding plants for displays at the hotel where I worked. 3-4K worth of bedding three times a year...I would mix it with miracle gro, and I reckon I got a sturdier, bigger product quicker than if I had used miracle gro alone... I grew most things up to 3" pots before they went in the ground. This is some 14 yrs ago though!

I have used it also.....it is good stuff. I once had yellow squash the size of a baseball bat !!

I've pondered over that ad several times myself. If it's half as good as they say it is, I'd think it was worth the cost.

Who else has used it?

Anybody ever feel like it was helpful in turning around a tree in decline?

Dude, How did you know I had a stack of those magazines on the back of my commode and ponder that same question as I take care of things in the morning. Creepy. You kinda scare me.
