With variclean it would have been spotless. Just sayin.

Doesnt even look like its been cleaned

Yes remember th days, i had an old 1937 350 BSA, that was even harder to start, had to start it on the centre stand, im only 5'4'' haha

Yep the CR500 could get ya sweating on a cold winters day. Always had to find a tree or fence to lean on the kick the ******* over. No stands on moto's. Don't miss that bike !!

Both crank cases and air box off a 031 in there. Not that it's a big saw.

Fire is under control well kind of , is still raging up in the tops of a few old stringybarks but is all good long as the wind dont pick up at daylight...

Same here mate. Probably the same almost everywhere. What I'd like to see more of, is

• objective scrutiny of the merits or pitfalls of enabling different ways of life, including the incumbent way "we've grown up with"
  
• identifying how to improve upon or negate the negative aspects and if doing so is ultimately too much overburden to warrant enabling that way of life
• taking decisive action, rather than the gutless and feckless approach of deciding by not deciding

I don't necessarily automatically subscribe to the my way of life or the highway approach. I can pick apart the colonial oppressive methods of my forfathers, and even disgusting things like rape and mean-spirited if not evil ways of my particular family just one or two generations ago. I can look around every single day and see people in my culture destroying the lives of others, acting appallingly. It's important that in any discussion about this or that culture/etc we can acknowledge the weaknesses in our own. The areas we have let slide and need to correct.

There is tremendous merit to our way of life too. Worth defending (if attacked). Worth preserving.
