never heard of self declaration till now. Not something we have to worry about in ohio any longer. All 88 counties have EAB. First year we sold firewood we had to watch where we hauled it but after that the EAB had taken over the entire state so they lifted the county limits and we are now just prohibited from moving ash trees across state lines.

Ive got an odd question for you guys and ive been wondering on this for a day or two now, why is it illegal in some places to move firewood out of the county but loggers can take the same wood to the mill out of the county? even some of my coustomers are confused by this.
