that purchase date may well be, but saws were produced in Burnaby [Vancouver] til 59 or 60. the ra was 57-58, but the ja/jb/jc/800 were the last of the sand cast saws and continued to be made there after the ra.

New to me Solo Twin. It's a runner. It just barely makes the 6 cube threshold. Hope that's ok!

Seems like so many of the Solo Twins came with that short bar. Mine doesn't have any paint at all left on the flywheel cover, but I hate to touch it as it looks so natural.



I put a longer bar on it recently once I got the oiler straightened out again.
