I have a pair I purchased several years ago and I think they work great. I’ve moved tons of wood with them and I have had no issues with them.
If I ever broke one, I would replace it with a new one for sure.
They save a lot of wear and tear on the back when moving rounds.
They have held up well picking up as heavy rounds as I care to lift.

Got a load of Elm and Cherry today. Using the tongs to load and set up for splitting.
